The 'flash32' folder contains the 32-bit Adobe Flash Player browser plugins. These may be installed into SysWOW64.
The 'flash64' folder folder contains the 64-bit Adobe Flash Player browser plugins. These may be installed into System32.

The 'debug-flash32' folder contains the 32-bit DEBUG Adobe Flash Player browser plugins. These may be installed into SysWOW64.
The 'debug-flash64' folder folder contains the 64-bit DEBUG Adobe Flash Player browser plugins. These may be installed into System32.

The 'controlpanel' folder contains Control Panel Flash applications that may be installed into SysWOW64.
